NBA players are prime targets, every Atlanta team sucks

There seems to a be a lot of ugly news coming out of the ATL these days. Here's some more!

It's being reported that Atlanta Hawks forward Shelden Williams was carjacked in southwest Atlanta Saturday night before the Charlotte/Atlanta game. The 2 suspects were caught a few hours later in his 2008 Chrysler after demanding the keys from the former Duke BlueDevil at gun point. One suspect even had to be brought to hospital from canine unit dog bites.

One question to these boneheads: do you honestly believe you have a chance at getting away with a stolen car that belongs to a professional athlete?

This city is in need of some good news...ain't gonna be today though. Williams' Hawks are 9.5 games out of 1st in the East, the Thrashers were routed 7-3 by Ottawa last night, and the Falcons were embarassed 37-3 by Tampa Bay today. FYI, the Buccaneers clinched the NFC South with the win and Michael Spurlock set a franchise record by being the first to return a kickoff for a TD in the clubs 32-year history.
